Our Promise to You

At Allen Girl’s Sisterly Enterprise, the kid CEOs and their family handcraft every AGSE bath treat and carefully prepare each Brukie’s Sugar Clouds order with love and attention. Because our products are personal‑care and food items, we follow a strict “all sales are final” policy—but if something arrives damaged, unsafe, or incorrect, we will work with you to make it right.

All Sales Are Final

Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final for both bath treats and cotton candy.

We do not accept returns or exchanges and cannot issue refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Dislike of scent, color, or flavor

  • Normal wear/usage of bath products

  • Texture or appearance changes that do not affect safe use (for example, minor crumbling of bath bombs or slight settling of cotton candy)

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your order is:

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

  • Appears unsafe to use or eat

Contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the package and the affected item(s)

We will review each situation and, when possible, offer a replacement, store credit, or another reasonable solution.
If the damage appears to be from carrier mishandling, we may ask you to assist with a shipping claim.

Non‑Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • All AGSE bath and body items (bath bombs, soaps, salts, scrubs, lotions, playdough, etc.)

  • All Brukie’s Sugar Clouds cotton candy products

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Digital products (such as eBooks)

  • Gift cards
