1. Processing Your Order

Speedy Prep
Please allow 1–2 business days for our team to process and carefully pack your order before it ships.

  • For AGSE Bath Treats, we pack your bath bombs, soaps, and lotions with care to protect them in transit.

  • For Brukie’s Sugar Clouds, we pack cotton candy to help maintain freshness and fluffiness.

Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, sales, or holidays.


2. Shipping Options & Rates

Domestic (U.S.)
We offer Standard Shipping for orders within the United States. Available carriers and options will be shown at checkout.

International
Yes, we ship worldwide where permitted. Please note:

  • Customs duties, taxes, and additional fees may be charged by your country.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our shipping rates.

Pricing
Shipping rates are calculated based on your order’s size, weight, and destination. The exact charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.


3. Tracking Your Treats

Tracking Number
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

Tracking Updates
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the shipping email, as carrier systems may take time to refresh.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

U.S. Orders
Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location and carrier performance.

International Orders
International delivery times vary by country and customs processing, generally ranging from 7–21 business days after processing.

These time frames are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates.


5. Important Notes

Address Check
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
We cannot be responsible for delays, lost packages, or non‑delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Order Changes / Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancel it.

Weather & Product Care

  • For AGSE Bath Treats, extreme heat or cold may affect the appearance (such as minor cracking or sweating), but usually not performance.

  • For Brukie’s Sugar Clouds, heat and humidity can affect texture. Please bring cotton candy indoors promptly after delivery and store it in a cool, dry place.

Delays
We aim for prompt delivery, but shipping carriers, weather, and customs can sometimes cause delays outside of our control. If you experience a shipping issue, please reach out so we can help you work with the carrier and look for a solution.
